Our story
Built on a simple idea: own the whole job
When we started in 2004, we saw the same problem on site after site — too many crews, too many hand-offs, and no one truly accountable when something went wrong underground or out of sight.
So we built Bal to do it all: the excavation, the utilities, the concrete, the walls, the fencing and the final landscaping. Twenty years later, that's still our edge. One team that shows up, owns the site, and stays until the last blade of sod is down.
We've spent those years working Lower Mainland soil, slopes and municipal requirements — and we bring that hard-won knowledge to every residential and commercial project we take on.
